Doesn't matter. BVTK is a SEC filer. It was a material change to a supposed agreement he did not disclose. It just so happen to also be the time when they went delinquent and so it continued to be hidden until the filings started showing up mid this year.

Then there was Cellucci's "hint" at some point being owed $6.4 million or something close...but then the filing shows up and the "claim" was for a little over half a million to YKTG's surety.

In the meantime, Viking went functionally out of business with nothing coming in behind the YKTG work...and so there were zero revs for telecom for the first nine months of 2017...at least.
