I have suggested this could be done for some time here and I am sure that there is a way the payout matrix could be made to work, not only to cover the shares exchanged, BUT as well to leave WMIH with some serious bank as any money that then in turn stayed with WMIH, would cause the stock/Preferds to grow exponentially over the years, as the funds retained were worked and leveraged.
