I agree with some of the Seeking Alpha writer's points, but he is wrong on some facts. Most importantly, he thinks the 25% ownership in KAD, is the ownership in Jefferson's.

ROX owns 100% of Jefferson's, Knappogue Castle and Contarf.

He also missed on the GGB increases, and misunderstands QoQ increases have to slow down. Once the "Walmart base" was established, growth has to ramp up from there.

The timing of this article along with yesterday's fake buyback news is suspicious.
