Hey snowflake we owe China around $1.2 trillion of our national debt. That is not a problem. Plus what is driving our debt as that's the biggest issue. Do you have any idea? Doesn't seem like you do if you're talking about Obama raising the debt 10 Trillion. You are looking at it from a very simplistic and uneducated way. He came into office late January 2009. The Budget was already passed by Bush and 4 months of the 2009 Fiscal year already PASSED. The Federal fiscal year goes from Oct-Sept. Obama actual budgets actually added about 6.5 Trillion to the debt and his actually policies added about 800 Billion.

Oh and Russia isn't even in the top 10 as a economic power. Why would China team up with them? That's just crazy talk
