Absolutely NOT TRUE, there are always investors that will come in a company AT ANY TIME.
With revenue, with losses, and at PRE-REVENUE.

It happens all the time in all levels of businesses.
Some investors do very poor DD and get burnt, and some investors do great DD .... and they have a MUCH greater access to the companies current state and future posibilities then any comman stockholder.
.....MUCH GREATER. I have been in small compainies that got bought and have gone through the DD

(And yes big investors sometimes do horrible DD and lose big, and it is not that rare)

With BVTK there is no way to say an investor is going to happen until it happens, or until it drags on for a long period of time.
