It doesn't mean they have to acquire them. Only if they are profitable etc. I don't think the Shanghai DC qualifies at the moment.

As for WC1 (fish?) and WC2 (beef?), the same could apply to WC2.
As for WC1, it doesn't make sense to me. Why would SIAF acquire it if they don't control TRW. Which means that TRW can pick any customer they like.
