Then why would BPs make $$$ Billion dollar deals with upfront monies and royalties...etc IF they still have to prove a certain drug / pipeline works?

Like many have stated here, much frustrations center around the fact that Peregrine should have partnered early on....

But your argument says why would a BP partner at all until they know it works? Lol

Biomarkers can prove drugs work now and Peregrine in position to leverage all their collective data
