This technically wipes all Liabilities from Vita from GMUI. shares by any way for a period of 12 months beyond the
period required by Rule 144 of the Securities Act. No selling for 12 months prior to a Contract. Key word contract.

Balance is fresh and new.
Page .12 and 13 this solves all Note Holders and problems and issues from old GMUI problems. The old note holder never had a settlememt from old company of GMUI. SO, Vita had to sit down and negoiate with note holder. Looks like that got wipe out too a clean slate. Great plus for Vita.

Nolan Quan Promissory Note
On the January 24, 2017 Vita Mobile Systems, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary today, has
issued a Convertible Promissory Note payable to Nolan Quan (“Holder”) in exchange for Holder’s
commitment to loan the Company $36,100. Further, Nolan Quan loaned additional funds for
operations in excess of $36,100. The current balance outstanding of the Note, including the
convertible portion of $36,100, is $127,100.
All done. Could be settled.
Pages 18 thru 19: this is a clause and reason to why all the shares are locked up and cant be sold. While keeping these shares as non-dilution for the company.
Name change will happen last imho & will need SEC& Finra approval of change.
While, Q is very good clean slate and is sincere project that Vita wants to succeed.
Funding wise, I have a huge huge hunch who will fund this project. These are exciting times for Vita. Gives patience this is the start of company thru dreams
