Ex, you left out the key phrase from my post (see below) that came from Peregrine. I read it as (after the nominating committee reviews the Ronin nominees, they will make a recommendation to the BOD about which nominees are acceptable. How can you read it any other way? If you have attended ASM's in the past, I believe there have been nominees that were not accepted by the company after review. Facts are facts, while you seem to be posting opinions. If any nominee is not acceptable, I doubt the company will recognize that candidate. That is probably covered in the bylaws, from which a company gets the authority to act.

"Our Nominating Committee will carefully evaluate Ronin/SWIM's nominees consistent with that process. Following the Committee's review, it will make a recommendation to the Board that is in the best interests of Peregrine and all of our stockholders. Stockholders need take no action at this time"
