You have to take into consideration that the O/S will change dramatically once/if the acquisition happens. they could reverse split RMRK to bring it from 1.99 billion to around 100million. $350mil / 100mil shares = $3.5 PPS

100 mil O/S puts it in line with some other crypto competitors

I think this is the most realistic thing that could happen to the structure. billions seems too high. but 19million is definitely too low, especially considering most are owned by insiders
