upon looking just now, the market cap looks to be around $350mil. it has been bouncing around rather significantly because of how illiquid the structure is. Im using the numbers off OTC Markets for the market cap.

I guess the disclaimer in this, is that CRCW shares trade all over the place right now.

What the company is selling their shares at in form D's and private placements, seem to be at a slight discount for an incentive of investing. OTCMarkets is also using the 19mil O/S to calculate market cap as well
