Why would the varying degrees of market share, from one product to the other, especially in a dink company like Elite, have anything to do with future new product/market share? So many external factors that its impossible to predict any meaningful market share

Is it being suggested, for ex, that automaker Fords Mustang market share is an indication of what the Ford Edge market share will be or any other new brand?

THen we have Elite, that cant even get out of the way of regulatory issues and then likely have to chop up any market share if does achieve by outsourcing marketing.. doesnt make sense
