In answer to a comment.....I said: If ex MVTG Partner, GE, had funded the MVTG syn gas reactor in 2016, like Alstom was about to do in 2015, before GE agreed to buy them, MVTG would be a better place, but being tied at the hip to a failing fossil-GE right now would not have been good for MVTG moving forward, and today I am also glad failing Plug did not take on and license the MVTG new generation of formate liquid powered fuel cells MVTG has that might have saved Plug as Plug is loosing money and burning cash as fast GE now. So yes its good that MVTG is no longer partnered with the dying fossil fuel slakers Plug and GE.
Now MVTG has bought a growing, 20% gross profit margin new technology engineering firm, AWS from ICLD this year, that is deep into the Cell tower, telecom construction business that is about to start deploying 5G cell tower upgrades for years. That added 12 million in revenue with a 20% gross margin to MVTGs prior zero revenue operations, which is now allowing MVTG's MEA-Mantra Energy Technologies to look for a replacement partner, like Alstom, the one they lost to GE's poor vision and poor management.
MVTG market cap today is barely 1 Mil dollars, and yet 3M tried to buy the old Mantra Energy, MVTG's, first generation ERC-formic acid reactor technology from MVTG in 2009 for a whopping 5 million dollars (2.5 cents a share of cash into MVTG today). What would 3M pay for the new generation MVTG-ERC that has 30 times the ERC-product market, 30 billion dollars for the syn gas, versus just 1 billion per year for formic acid?
.75 share in cash into MVTG's treasury? The price MVTG shares hit in 2014, not so long ago!!!
The MVTG-MEA world wide patent issued, reactors use solar and wind power to convert CO2 carbon dioxide into syn gas, or formates and other high value products.
