Diamond, do you think the 3.5 billion new shares is already baked into the PPS? And how is 'two times value plus' ever going to be achieved if they refuse to do a M&A? This BOD appears to be a bunch of thieves. They don't even care if their gifted shares have any value. There is no fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders whatsoever. How will the PPS ever increase?
