So let me say this, were or are any of the OFFSET/SAFE HARBORED assets 100% attributable to the ESTATE OF WMI??????????????

If they were , WHY WHERE THEY NOT named in the Estate or shown as assets of the WMI corp?

IF they were not and as has been shown they were NOT, then how can they be said that THEY CAN NOT COME BACK TO THE ESTATE????????????????????

If held in safe harbor and outside of the control of WMI and or its estates, THEY ARE NOT ESTATE assets now are they??????????????

So imho any of these safe harbored assets , CAN RETURN to the estate of WMI and thus to WMIH except via a stock for value transfer...............
