From Tustin PR release quoting King:

"Peregrine will be working with a nationally recognized executive search firm to assist in identifying highly qualified candidates for the Avid President and Board of Directors positions. "


Search firm- meaning they get paid if ES, SK, CJ and DP approve.

The only vetting is to find candidates who meet the basic criteria.

The Board makes the decision, not the search firm.
