WMILT = Washington Mutual Inc Liquidating Trust...

The answer is right there in it's name and in their mandate to Liquidate Estate assets into CASH and distribute the resulting funds to Escrow holders. The only issue IMO is finding a suitable buyer, but with the current buoyant markets I don't see that being very difficult.
