Exwannabe- to be clear, the three new BOD members were vetted by an outside agency and approved by Peregrine. Hopefully, those individuals replace CJ, DP, and ES. The six candidates you support were nominated by Ronin, with no reported vetting. Three from each camp is my preferred BOD. Let the experience and recommendation of each individual be heard for any corporate decision under consideration. Four votes would guide any decision.
