If/when they have approval for an RS, an 8K will be filed, at least 5 days before the fact. You do NOT want to be holding shares through an RS...the price will go up, the number of your shares will decrease, and then the price will come crashing down again.
After all that happens, it's a good time to buy in - as I did last year.
