If they weren't merged and technically looked at as seperate entities ...could TALK financed by maybe a certain large holder or friends there of swoop in buy these stores for use under the TALK banner?.

If something like this wasn't in the cards from the beginning..why in the world would they have filed this Chap 11 voluntarily?


Dice are in the cup...but it feels like we need to roll a 5 dice yahtzee but only have 4 dice.
