Agree, any c-ship is\was suppose to only last until Companies were proven to be sound and properly functioning.
With that being said, when does Treasury start waiving the ledger showing where the monies confiscated from day one went? This should include all monies gathered thru bank fines and other settlements.
Why the courts have not ruled in favor of Shareholders is beyond any person's logic - how many years has documents been withheld? Is the new Treasury Sec any better than the previous two?
I remember Tim G telling Congress that his admin would shut down any company that they believed posed a systemic risk to the economy - after that his administration imposed the NWS - no a perp from Congress.
