Always remember, born a penny stock, die a penny stock... the OTC is also where once legitimate companies go to die. There are very, very few exceptions.

A market capable of providing $50-million or more to finance a project of this nature understands this.

The CEO is nothing more than a con artist. Inviting them to a groundbreaking ceremony is an empty gesture. Let's see who, and how many of them show up. Unless you have record that these individuals are also investors, you're just speculating. As for the rest of those purchasing MMEX equities, good luck.

Jack can say anything he wants, with impunity, under most cases. Involving the family in such a scam is par for the course. Their involvement further denigrates any notion that MMEX is a legitimate business. Financiers hate insider nepotism with a great passion.

The road to nowhere is not likely paved - other than possibly with a few loads of caliche, if that. Paving costs money, and Jack really doesn't have much, and what he does belongs to other people.

The guy with the dozer, that pushed the dirt road to nowhere likely has already dragged it off to another site, so I doubt there will be many, if any at all "earthmovers" present at the fabulous ceremony.

This penny stock, like the vast majority of all penny stocks is going nowhere.

MMEX QUESTION-How can you tell if a penny stock is legit?

ANSWER: When the CEO invites the city mayor, the Chamber of Commerce, all the local officials, all the towns people, the State Senators, the Governor of the State, and......the people that put their hard earned money into his vision, he invites them all to the groundbreaking ceremony.

When the CEO exposes not only himself but his wife and children to any and everybody, look them in the eye, face to face, and say, “today we are breaking ground.”

Then he meets them at the Chamber of Commerce, escorts these same people to the purchased plot of land (that's right, land bought and paid for), where a refinery will sit in the not to distant future; oh, and by the way, you will see many “earth movers” on this land, along with a newly paved road.

I don’t know about you but I would say that this guy called Jack Hanks, this CEO is very serious about building a refinery. I would say this is one of a very few penny stocks that will go big time. I would say, “thank God" you got into this at ground level.

So as a few anti-MMEXers scream scam, remember that the truth is the truth even when others try to convince you otherwise. And the truth is....A Refinery is being and the ground breaking is in 5 days whether you like it or not, whether you want it to be or not. It's just the way it is.

Have a great rest of the evening...
