Note the following excerpt from the September 29 news release.

"On4 Communications is pleased to announce an update on its JV with NECA. ON4 will be running the Best Title App with its FLY communications team. Revenue will come to ON4 and be split 50/50 with NECA after expenses."

NECA didn't hire Fly Communications. Regarding becoming current, many OTC stocks are becoming current. I think that's a result of a regulatory crackdown, or perhaps a requirement of Berman in his role on NECA's advisory board.

ONCI doesn't own NECA's app so it makes sense to not include it in the overview of ONCI apps.

I think you will see the NECA jv will have something to do with the 2018 last leg announcement which SB said will be huge, other wise why would NECA have taken the necessary steps to become current, hire fly communications for a small $600000 deal. I don't think fly would have went along with that not unless there is something bigger down the line, I'm pure speculating so comments would be appreciated
