market_watcher... I understood your point. To say that Greenspan controls every movement of the markets day in and day out, but somehow can't control the much smaller gold market is indeed totally contradictory.

But you can't argue with a Greenian... there is a fanaticism about the constant harangues posted on this board every day. It's almost like a cult or religion... There is a "Greenspan answer" for everything.

Now the next thing you may hear is Greenspan is responsible for the evolution theory... and of course we all know evolution makes no sense, 'cause the Bible tells us so, I mean, doesn't the Bible make complete sense???... wow, talk about heads in the sand
