Here's a quick summary of what I heard on this one-hour chock full of nuts (in a very good way) conference call. Please forgive typos, errors or missed info as I was typing while listening and trying to get this out to those who couldn't be on the call:

Been on phone past five days trying to get CO SOS to come through

We have the best apps/patents out there ‘growing by leaps and bounds’… distracted driving will be the number one killer in the world within next 3-5 years…global epidemic and we have the ability to stop that.

Regarding apps or first arm of HEXAGON, we have numerous contracts… all competitors were only doing fleets when I started this so I said let’s deal with others, car dealerships… grown into significant revenues we have them all over the nation/world and growing every day with one of our apps BsafeMobile. Then there’s FleetSafer which is similar but for fleets, gives driving patterns and is optimum for fleets. Another app is BFoundMobile which is fantastic and rent-a-car companies are dying for this app presales well into $200k mark, rolled out and is amazing product every rental company should have. Next app is okgolfer, golfgambler… can make an absolute fortune on this app. All about saving lives are drivesober and child car seats app. Last app is Urgent Dentist to find in emergency etc. will speak of dental later.

Second arm of HEXAGON is manufacturing… now speaking about that… in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia can make products for $7-10/unit (can do $42k /week)... less than half cost to manufacture here in U.S... looking to have factories elsewhere...c an create thousands of units monthly and never have a shortfall no matter how many big deals are made. Can generate revenue... the company can make money every day in every which way... creating a supply line, opportunity to sell on multilevels...

Next is dental care.... 30 urgent care facilities over next 24 months... partnering with 'CityMD' in NYC... paying royalty and their people doing all the billing saving ONCI $5k/month... win win for both parties...

After the first arm of Hexagon being apps, other arms of HEXAGON are as follows:

Second arm of HEXAGON is manufacturing… Goal is to increase margin and revenue and will be sitting on a pot of gold… eldercare dentistry … we will create mobile dentistry bringing unit and all paraphernalia into the eldercare facilities… a dentist would see 15 patients/daily … will only take what their medicare or dental insurance covers… moneymaker every single day… not to follow but to lead

Next arm is digital media… it’s around in malls, restaurants, theatres, gas stations, stadiums… CPV (Cost Per Viewer) cost of marketing to individuals… will have screens with 3D technology to rent a scan, streaming media… granular and advertisers will pay a fortune to be involved… will make some big hires in the next weeks/months… will be all over the place.

Next arm will be some kind of Cannabis product/company… we will do it when the opportunity is right… in Colorado. Talked to a couple of profitable companies and can be more profitable..

Sixth arm will be the biggest surprise and announced in 2018… you’ll be able to buy new homes…

Now speaking about Dubai... come January 1, 15-Million Saudi women will get their licenses for the first time... been contacting by three of the biggest companies in the Middle East.. .I'm coming back with BIG orders and letters of intent...

Hires: have now hired 37 … I know them and guys who are doing great we’re paying, others on commission… Peter Einstein is bright and smart and has been etting up all these meeting in mid-east, Ireland, Serbia and all over the place… Knows how to get things done

Eric Ritter also I’ve known for a long time… doing great job in Florida for us…

Bill Jenkins is most important… former NASCAR owner and one of the most prolific and amazing marketers I’ve ever known… looking forward to working with him and generating many many deals and revenues… he also knows the guys at Ford and Chrysler and helping us close the deals…

QVC next meeting on the 21st… our sales guy has met with them a number of times.

Facebook working well… targeted the right people in the right place

Deals in place… I have more than 10 deals in place anywhere from $200k – over $1M ... we have letters of intent and the biggest is with an insurance company with 2M drivers and insure over 1000 dealerships across the country (500 units per month to start)

SITTING IN THE PERFECT STORM OF BUSINESS... BETTER THAN ANYTHING I'VE EVER BEEN IN... SIX TIMES BETTER ON EVERY SINGLE LEVEL... MAKING MONEY AND REVENUES ARE THE KEY TO ANY BUSINESS..

QUESTIONS:
Goals are to Cut costs, increase revenues and margins… name finalization: hope to get done within next 7 days… two factories: can do 3000-4000/month and will always be able to meet orders and capacities

Who’s our biggest competitor… ‘Apple’ because they can shut one’s phone down, but only with permission because that’s voluntary

What sector of Hexagon besides apps has the largest potential for growth and revenue… I can honestly say all of them will produce significant revenue

How BSafeMobile is made … he explained that

Asked about revenues expected next year - will grow by leaps and bounds… can’t say but damn right I’d like to and want to…

We are in the perfect storm of growth … we will be generating millions of dollars… contracts have out there right now will come through within the next couple of months.
