5. INVESTMENT
In the second quarter SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement with Troptions Corporation to sell 15,000 1st month incentive packages to purchase landline telephone service to Troptions Corporation in exchange for $1,000,000 dollars’ worth of Troptions @ $0.13 which is the market value as of May 30, 2017 based on the valuation at Coinmarketcap.com for a total of 7,692,307 Troptions. Troptions Corporation entered into three separate advertising agreements for SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. to run during 2017 in exchange for 3,572,483 Troptions which resulted in SW Innovative Holdings, Inc. having 4,119,824 Troptions remaining as of September 30, 2017. The remaining Troptions were valued at $0.13 which is the lower cost and/or market and posted as investment on the third quarter Balance Sheet. We will continue to evaluate the investment in Troptions at the end of each quarter to reflect the lower of cost and/or market and make the necessary adjustments as describer in Note 2.
