Rocky Mountain believes that the issuance of these shares was part of a scheme to ultimately insinuate the Radcliffe Group into a control position of Rocky Mountain and to assist Grisaffi in maximizing the sale price of his Preferred A Shares to Lily Li/LSW Holdings, to the detriment of Rocky Mountain.
Of course, the lawsuit itself is part of the same scam... remember, Jerry once sued the current CEO for fraud. Now, they're simply rerunning the same play with the names reversed. The result will be the same - bazillions of new shares issued to the same scum that are "suing" each other.
