Yes, it only matters when they order. But we are trying to evaluate where we are now, and whether we have seen enough interest from commercial entities and commercial testing to get clues towards product adoption. There is a new CEO, a new business model, and a new share structure along with a very bullish shareholder meeting where many new details were announced. Imo that makes 100% the difference here. If sales are going to happen they are going to happen relatively soon. I look at all of the existing new information and the recent share price increase and with everything together it spells out a clear buy, not a sell.

Also, I actually thought the recent update was very encouraging. CEO told us just about everything one needs to see they are about to make a move. We shall see.
