FFGO - Per Scottrade. They insist that if there is a settlement or a dividend distribution all shareholders will be paid accordingly. The email communication that they sent is clear that after the 60 day period Scottrade would not be responsible for any financial obligation resulting in payment or dividend distribution. So what they are saying on the phone, and are allegedly willing to commit to in a followup communication is conflicting. Let's see what they mail out and/or email us.

I advise everyone to get the same commitment and demand a follow up communication from them.
