That's going to be the culprit on supplying the down pressure. These guys don't game OTC Co's without knowing how. They are pro's of the game. Basic laws of supply and demand... Why would they do anything but short the shares. #1 they immediately get cashed out on the news pump and they've over supplied that crowed trade. Then they turn up the bid whacks and the fear sellers and spike sellers do the rest of their work and they get it to the trips and sit heavy on each sides as they are swapping their shorts they sold for the longs they got in offering. It gives time for the company to develop and give them time to go long if it's all panning out. Right now we don't know if it is all panning out therefore the liquidity gets absorbed and manipulated.
