a little help for you... so one line which doesn't provide any details of the transaction from the middle of 2010 proves that there is value in this bloated worthless symbol in 2017 ??? notice that the one line says substantially all assets ...THERE IS NOTHING STATING THAT TELOGIS DEALT DIRECTLY WITH RMTD ...THERE ARE NO TERMS OF A DIRECT ACQUISITION OF ANYTHING FROM RMTD so what did RMTD SHAREHOLDERS GET FROM TELOGIS IN 2010 ???? they got what they deserved-nothing .RMTD reported to shareholders that all of their assets had been lost via foreclosure in 2010..and TELOGIS acquired the assets from the debenture holders that foreclosed.
