This is the reason why Ronin Capital Management wants to control the BOD though



Your presumption doesn't make sense. If we're saying Ronin has the backing of Dart (just for arguments sake) Ken Dart is in at much higher prices than Ronin and wouldn't support the effort if they think Ronin's just going to sell it off for breadcrumbs.
