The prospect you raise—others being allied with Ronin in off-shore accounts not even detectable by anyone, including PPHM’s stock transfer agent—is possible; perhaps then, even whether the sum total of such shares would be unknown and unknowable—e.g., would that total exceed 15

Purely my opinion...I do believe Ronin has support of other institutions, possibly even Dart. It would be hard to imagine them being successful in a proxy battle without the 2nd largest, or possibly several smaller, investors being aligned. However, I don't think we should assume the effort is to generate >15% ownership. Those are two very different animals.
