OTC stopped updating it daily because the company stopped all dilutions and there is no longer need for daily updates


I recall Mr. Chu pounding on the company for stop to dilution in late October and questioned even the legality of that conversion note that is was in violation of SEC rules since they were not convertible preferred and therefore required annual shareholder approval to allow it

there has been No dilution since the last one ended before end of Oct

the shorts are gambling with old info and may end up having to cover soon
