I was mighty surprised, let me tell you ...

I had Scottrade reject over 4x ask, but never etrade do that crap. It was like 3+ days after I placed the order. Smelled like (their) manual intervention to me. An automatic system function would have caught it immediately, or maybe overnight with batch processing. 3-days later??? Fishy... very fishy.
