they just crossed the "T-trade" right now. Early. The seller is done for the day and closed out his position, and the second transaction took place.
that is a good thing for the rest of the day. At least we can see some recovery now. And no one else but THAT seller was selling this low, so the bids will probably have to rise now too to get any fills.
