Well seeing these options they have themselves, they would obviously rather get them at the current low strike price before finalizing any material development that will drive the price up. Hopefully now we will see a deal finalized. Never underestimate ADXS priority of putting their own financial interests ahead of their investors. That's one consistency I have seen repeated over the last 8 years - no matter how much shareholder value that is destroyed management finds a way to protect themselves while their shareholder get the short end of the stick.
