Pretty sure it's a deal gone sour with KVAR. I tried to get some answers from them but they won't reply to requests for info. At the beginning of this hoax contact with KVAR got you Entuit and ol Jeffy boy's personal response. Now the Entuit website doesn't list Daytona and KVAR has gone silent on the matter.

So many OTC share dumps go down like this. All hyped when it comes to mergers but rarely get a timely notice of a deal gone bad.
