Well jmjjw is obviously qualified. And NO, you do not have to be an insider to know the potential of a company. That's pure fiction.
Happens every day on every stock that someone with industry knowledge can determine the potential of any business related to their expertise. It's obvious he knows more about refineries than any one on this board and apparently more than the characters at MMEX.
