Why!! I don't need to. Can you prove the bank owns the deposits it holds. Do you ask them for the number of the depositors. NO.

Not having all the information is the risk in investing. The information in the PRs and the 8Ks reduce the risk. All you can say is I don't belive it is true. But there is no penalty for your statement. On the otherhand there is jail time for Mr. Harris. A PR is one thing but a 8K is an official SEC document. He and the whole crew would go to jail. So who should we belive.

Bash away because the clock is ticking toward judgment day. Mr. Harris is up big and he has the ball. It almost reminds me of my beloved Giants this weekend. We didn't have a chance down 35 points.
