Spin? lol. Rufus has plucked $10 billion out of thin air. Don't you think the burden of proof is on him to show that he actually owns the all the bonds he claims free and clear?

He could do this by producing an audit by a respectable firm, not an individual who does this on the side. Don't you think a $10 billion company should have an auditing firm of some substance? This is, of course, assuming that Benson does finish the audit, a very dicey proposition at this point.

He could do this by funding some of the businesses he claims to have.

He could do this by disclosing the banking reference that has the $500 million in Euros so that investors can verify his claims.

These are just a few examples; there are many other ways, and he hasn't done any of them. And he won't because he doesn't have the goods.
