It is called greater returns with reduced risk. THIS IS NO DIFFERENT THAN A REFI ON A HOUSE.
You go to a bank and request a loan for 600K. They have you put your equity up for collateral. Plus you pay a premium on the 600K. In order to fund the loan the bank takes the money from depositors that put their money in saving for a much lower premium.
As you can see the bank owns nothing. But they have access to the deposits in the bank to leverage to profit for its shareholders. Assets and liabilities on their balance sheet.
WOW. Mr. Harris got his idea from your bank.
