Awesome Developemnt...this is truly HUGE for this stock...because it means that someone (wessal) has reuqested the 50 million cert...which means that the float is 50 million LESS...which means that Wessal is buying....which most likely means that the company is legit and what they have PR'd is in fact reality....fantastic!!...
