MMEX will never create any significant employment opportunities in Pecos County.

For comparative purposes, the WNR-Andeavor Refinery (a real, complete refinery) in El Paso, a 135,000bbl throughput unit, has approximately 473 employees.

WNR-Andeavor is a real company, with legitimate financial structure, operating experience (more than eight decades), and legitimate sources of supply, customers, and infrastructure.

In contrast, MMEX is a complete, total sham and fantasy, a share-selling scheme disguised to sucker in enough unsophisticated purchasers of its common stock to execute a P&D.

MMEX will never likely build anything in Pecos County, because MMEX will not be able to attract financing. Thus, MMEX will never create any significant employment opportunities for Pecos County, or Ft. Stockton, before it falls on its face.

A 10,000bbl topping unit, as defined by MMEX's documents requires only two to three people to operate, maybe four if they hire really incompetent people, and that includes the gate guard.
