Looks up by about

300 million roughly

on o/s...


Float numbers look up

about 500 million roughly

in the update but

look realistic as to

where it has probably

been for longer...


Company has failed to

respond to inquirieS

as to how T/A gets a

lower authorized share

count by 2 billion when

no filing shows in

Colorado SOS yet...


It all appears that

it May be updates for

next quarterly filing

and may reflect changes

as acquisition biz plan

rolls out...


So we watch for Q filing...LJ
