Aka given to top management. Bc if i was given 80% ownership of a company, I wouldn't just give it away. Top management just transfer the shares to themselves and get a divided power among themselves. They are shareholder too. Some act like only retail are shareholders. That is the reason why leai float went up 7M not 16M in 3 years
