I went through some fillings on bot T and L last night. Rich dad was part of Tigrent til Nov 2014 when their contract was/expire. Then Rich Dad was taken by Legacy who just became public and also aquired other assets from TIGE for 75-80% ownership. So TIGE had 80% ownership in Legacy til oct/Nov2016 when all of 16-18 mil shares of LEAI gave to all TIGE shareholders, so TIGE shareholders own LEAI. Now Who are those shareholders we can see in their fillings.
