2 different company. Comes together. Legacy only bought out 1 of tigrent assets but it was a big one. Now they are sister company. Kind of like what my former employer was doing. Same building. Same address same ceo on both companies document but maintain a different name for different tier level customer. At times they shares same customer but pretend to be different

Almost like a merger but fail short of it
