Biff, couple of questions. And thanks for your insight. 1. how do you know the valuation of .02 is correct. What financials do you have that reflect this\
2. The secondary financing is still under a Reg A according to the offering. Doesn't this carry a built in restriction for at least 1 year?
This Ceo is addicted to dilution. Now he's finding away to do it off balance sheet if you will. We need something special to happen to get it out of this range.
