Most here think that IPIX can issue 75 million dollars worth of shares into the market with no consequences.
I believe a R/S would occur if that much dilution happens.
That is why I am hopefully anticipating a partnership.
I have no other issues with the company and leo has done a great job up to now. He now needs to finish the job and nail down a financal partnership.
